Italjet - The Company's Philosophy
To
create products with their own style and personality.
This is, in the very competitive and ever-changing market of the third
millennium, the philosophy characterizing this company, which was born around 40
years ago and is now in its third generation.
Design - Creativity and innovation, design and technology: a
mix of eclecticism and rigour which enabled Italjet to display one of its most
typical models at the "Moma", the Museum of Modern Art in New York, in the
design collection exhibit. The Formula 50 L.C. scooter, on the other hand, was
chosen for the exhibition "The Art of Motorcycle" at the Guggenheim Museum in
New York.
Technology - From design to
prototype: every motorcycle manufactured at the Italjet premises features
top-class quality and technology, while each vehicle is characterized by unique
features and/or details. But the company's vocation for design alone wouldn't be
enough to produce sports scooters featuring state-of-the-art technology and
performance, which have proved successful worldwide, such as Formula and Formula
Williams, the latter developed in conjunction with the renowned British team.
Flexibility - A flexible
production method is the foundation of the renewed production structure of the
company.
Italjet's Research & Development department is building a strategy aiming at the
quality and at the highest degree of manufacturing originality, with the whole
team striving to achieve this result. In 1999 Italjet achieved the ISO 9001
certification.
Italjet
Jack: At
first sight one is attracted by the front fender with its typical fissures that
identify an air-cooled model. The general structure of the scooter shows
greatest driving opportunity and an easy and safe position. Those who want to
put their feet down, they can do it at their ease resting all their sole, and
therefore finding again their own stability. Jack 125 and Jack 150 are easy to
ride also for that reason, being the standard of height a precious
characteristic for a vehicle destined to women and men. Jack strikes also for
its sturdiness, as we expect by a 4-stroke engine. If we examine it a
little more, the scooter distinguishes itself for the care in details: in fact
its five-spoke wheels and its powerful exhaust pipe give it a sense of
soundness. The footboard is wide, a support that is by far beyond the necessary
space for feet.

Italjet Dragster:
Here it is
again today, more lively than ever, to promise modern time performances, but
above all much more emotions. Tartarini and Ferrandino have wanted it
again setting it free in all its position, accessories and spare parts involved,
since it is known as the scooter that in the time, in spite of the market and
customers' several decreases, has remained a cult and for that reason it is
immortal. Therefore, here it is the Dragster in the 50cc injection
displacement, 4-stroke 125 and 4-stroke 250 to amaze, to astonish and to spoil,
yes to spoil, the myth lovers and monsters of legends and of metropolitan and
scooter realities on its livery and, with a little of imagination, with the one
they will want to give or personalize it, the fans that from Europe and from the
Rising Sun countries have a symbol that unite them at last.
